JuiceTracker — inline sugar juice quality monitoring system

JuiceTracker combines inline analyzers, sugar-specific calculations and a clear operator interface to continuously monitor juice quality in sugar factories.

It helps operators and process engineers follow Brix, color, turbidity and quality trends from juice purification to evaporation and crystallization.

JuiceTracker is Zutora’s inline monitoring system for sugar juice quality. It combines process refractometers, photometers and other analyzers into one application-specific platform for real-time display, trends, alarms, diagnostics and data export.

Instead of showing separate instrument values only, JuiceTracker presents juice quality information in a way that is useful for sugar factory operation.

Brix / concentration

Continuous inline concentration measurement for juice, clear/thin juice, thick juice, syrup or other sugar process streams.

Color

Inline photometric color monitoring to follow purification performance, color trends and downstream quality impact.

Turbidity / optical absorption

Monitoring of turbidity or absorption-related values to indicate suspended solids, clarification performance or process disturbances.

Temperature

Temperature measurement and compensation for reliable interpretation of concentration and optical values.

Calculated quality indicators

Application-specific calculations, compensated values, alarms or KPIs can be configured according to the measurement setup and process objective.

JuiceTracker is built as a configurable monitoring system. Depending on the application, it can include inline analyzers, a transmitter with operator interface, data logging, diagnostics and communication with existing plant systems.
