Multichannel Transmitter MT-1

Measuring process parameters inline is the first step. What comes after that is collecting, logging, and trending all those measurement and diagnostic parameters; exporting data logs in different file formats; calibrating and validating the instruments; and performing complex calculations using parameters measured by different sensors. All this is supported by multi-level user management.

That is what MT-1 delivers.

Features

Multi-instrument connectivity

The MT-1 transmitter supports a wide range of process instruments, including different models of K-Patents and Vaisala refractometers as well as Kemtrak photometers. Rather than receiving just a single measurement value, MT-1 collects the full set of measurement, diagnostic, and instrument information from each connected sensor. All data are logged, trended, and available for analysis, providing complete visibility into process performance and instrument health.

Sensor diagnostics

MT-1 provides dedicated diagnostic screens tailored to each supported sensor model. These screens display all available diagnostic parameters, including numerical values and graphical indicators, allowing operators to quickly assess instrument status and performance.

Data trends

MT-1 provides flexible data trending for all relevant measurement and diagnostic parameters. Trends can be customized to display up to eight user-selected values on a single chart (two parameters from each of four sensors). The time scale can be adjusted from 5 minutes up to 1 week, allowing both short-term monitoring and longer-term process analysis. Vertical axes can be scaled automatically or set manually for precise visualization.

Data log export

MT-1 continuously logs all relevant measurement and diagnostic parameters at one-second intervals and stores them in an internal database. Data logs can be exported to USB drives in multiple file formats. During export, the operator can configure the list of parameters, the time interval, and the sampling frequency for the data set.

Exported data logs are available in both CSV format—easily opened in Excel for further analysis—and PDF format, providing a reliable, non-editable record suitable for documentation and audits.

Event log

MT-1 records and stores all system and sensor-related events, including changes in sensor configuration, status updates, warnings, and errors. Logged events can be easily browsed and filtered, allowing operators to quickly review system activity and track all changes over time. This ensures full transparency and helps users understand the sequence of events affecting the process and the connected instruments.
